Translation isn't working. Translation uses Apple's on-device system. The first time you use a language pair, your device may need to download it — make sure you're online for that initial download, then it works offline.
My words and texts aren't syncing between devices. Sign in to the same iCloud account on each device and make sure iCloud Drive is enabled. Syncing happens through your private iCloud and can take a little time.
